Multiple Consult
Small business owner answering a customer call
For independent businesses and creators

Turn every new enquiry into a clear next action.

A customer, client or brand submits a form or sends a message. The right person gets an alert, a useful summary and a suggested reply, with one-tap options to call, text or email. The same workflow then tracks the conversation, order or opportunity, routes the work and schedules the next follow-up.

How it works

See the whole journey, not just the alert.

The first notification is only the start. A tailored workflow connects the moment someone raises a hand to the response, hand-off and follow-up that come next.

A day with the app

Three mornings, one operating idea.

The same discipline, in three very different businesses: context, owner, response, record, next action.

Roofer

  • 9:41 A homeowner submits a storm-damage form with an address, urgency and two photos.
  • 9:42 The owner receives a high-priority alert with call, text and email actions.
  • 9:44 He reviews the app's suggested reply, edits one line and sends it.
  • 9:50 The inspection is booked and routed to the right crew.
  • Day 3 An open-estimate reminder appears.
  • Day 30 The completed job is ready for a warranty check-in and review request.

Salon

  • 11:06 A customer asks about colour correction through the salon's enquiry form.
  • 11:07 The front desk sees the service, preferred stylist, photos and requested dates in one alert.
  • 11:09 A suggested reply asks the approved consultation questions and offers two times; the receptionist reviews and sends it.
  • 11:14 The consultation is held on the calendar.
  • Day before A reminder is sent.
  • Week 8 The customer appears in the rebooking queue.

Creator example operating cycle

  • 9:10 A creator publishes a one-question poll and opens a structured question box.
  • 1:20 Audience replies, support messages and call notes are added to one demand board.
  • 2:05 Repeated requests are grouped by buyer problem, readiness and current alternative.
  • Day 3 The creator approves one small test: a guide, tool, workshop or application, not a full product suite.
  • After launch Purchases, completion, questions, refunds and support load show what to keep, revise or stop.

Use cases

Pick your business. See your form, your alert, your record, and run a sample.

Each page is drawn for that trade: the fields your customer fills, what the workflow classifies, who is alerted, the work record, the follow-up, and a sample enquiry you can run in the browser.

Evidence and stories

What changes when the software fits the way the business actually works.

Software does not improve a business merely by existing. It becomes useful when it shortens a hand-off, gives someone better context, remembers what the team would otherwise forget, or turns the owner's real process into a repeatable workflow.

Why the first minutes matter. In a 2011 Harvard Business Review audit, researchers tested 2,241 US companies by submitting a web enquiry to each and timing the first response. Oldroyd, McElheran and Elkington, "The Short Life of Online Sales Leads", HBR, March 2011.

Patterns from the workshop demonstrations we studied

These are illustrated patterns from software demonstrations, not Multiple Consult case studies or measured customer outcomes. They show what changes when software fits the way a business actually works.

The roofer gets the full story before calling

A homeowner reports hail damage. Instead of receiving only a name and number, the roofer opens the enquiry, sees the submitted details, and can call, text or email from the same screen. If the homeowner answers, a tailored call guide keeps the conversation focused and records the next decision.

The available plumber gets the alert

Three plumbers share a calendar, but incoming calls often reach someone already under a sink. The workflow checks who is scheduled on a job and routes the "call now" alert to an available teammate. The improvement is not another inbox; it is matching the opportunity to the person who can act.

The front desk sees why the enquiry matters

An orthodontic practice receives a consultation request. The alert identifies that the person is asking about braces rather than a routine cleaning, so the front desk can use the appropriate questions and schedule the right kind of appointment. Form answers become useful context for the next conversation.

The salon remembers when the customer may be ready

After an appointment, the stylist records the service and a rebooking window. The workflow reminds the customer when a colour or cut may be due, remembers a "not yet" response, and surfaces suitable customers when a late cancellation opens a slot.

Where it can go next

Start with the core workflow. Grow it only when your numbers say so.

Optional levels, scoped after the core workflow is live. None are automatic, and none come with dates or promises.

Customer status page

Give a customer one link for the current stage, next appointment and outstanding action.

Repeat-service reminders

Bring maintenance, rebooking, warranty or renewal opportunities back at the appropriate time.

Review and referral requests

Trigger a review or referral request only after a confirmed successful outcome.

AI reply drafts

Prepare context-aware drafts from approved policies, offers and tone, with human review before sending.

Team routing and escalation

Assign by location, service, urgency or workload, and surface enquiries that have not been handled.

History and reporting

Show where enquiries came from, who responded, what happened next and which stages are slowing down.

Connected tools

Pass agreed information to calendars, email, messaging, payments, booking tools or an existing CRM.

Multi-location operations

Give each location its own routing rules while keeping a shared view for the owner.

Pricing

Three levels of personalisation. One clear quote.

Most businesses start at level one and move up only when their own enquiry numbers justify it. The review tells you which level fits, and the quote puts both fees in writing.

Level 1

Ready workflow

The core enquiry workflow, configured and tested on the channels agreed in your scope for your business.

  • Alerts for your existing forms and messages, your branding, your team on their phones.
Level 2

Tailored to your process

The same workflow shaped around how your team actually handles requests.

  • Custom qualifying questions, routing rules by urgency, area or team, hand-off to your booking or CRM tool.
Level 3

Bespoke build

A custom application for a business with its own way of working.

  • Customer-facing pages, multi-location dispatch, integrations and reporting built for your operation.
How pricing works. Every engagement has a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly maintenance fee. The setup fee depends on the level of personalisation: a ready workflow costs least, a bespoke build most. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, changes and support. Both figures are agreed in writing after the 15-minute review and before any work starts. If the agreed minimum cannot be delivered, the setup fee is refunded.

How an engagement runs

Review, scope, setup, live.

  1. A 15-minute process review

We map where your enquiries enter, who is alerted, and what happens when the first reply is missed. You receive a one-page comparison of your public enquiry path against local peers, yours to keep whether or not we go further.

  2. A written one-page scope and quote

The level of personalisation, what will be set up, what it will not do, what "working" means for your business, the setup fee and the monthly fee. Agreed in writing before any work starts.

  3. Setup, then a live pilot

Setup is completed and tested with your team over screen share. The workflow runs live for an agreed period while we measure response times against your starting point.

  4. Remote delivery in your hours

Calls, setup and support are scheduled in your business hours, by phone or video. You never have to adapt to ours.

A good fit if

  • You receive enquiries you cannot always answer quickly.
  • A customer is worth enough that one saved enquiry a month covers the monthly fee.
  • You want a named owner for every reply, not a new CRM.

Not a fit if

  • You want someone to sell you leads or run ads.
  • You already have instant routing you are happy with.
  • You expect promises about revenue. We do not make them.

Scope, truth and fit

Straight answers.

Is the app in the pictures already built?

No. Every screen on this site is an illustrated example of a configured workflow. Your workflow is designed and scoped in writing before it is built, then tested with your team before it goes live.

Does the app reply to customers on its own?

It can draft a reply from rules, offers and tone you approve. A person on your team reviews and sends it. Automatic sending is only set up where you decide the message is routine and safe.

Do you sell leads or run advertising?

No. We only work on what happens after an enquiry you already receive arrives. If your problem is volume rather than response, we are the wrong call and will say so in the review.

Do I have to change my booking or CRM tool?

No. The workflow sits in front of your existing tools and hands off to them through agreed channels. Where you already have a system that alerts and routes well, the review will be short.

What does it cost?

A one-time setup fee plus a recurring monthly maintenance fee. The setup fee depends on how far the workflow is personalised to your business, from a ready workflow to a bespoke build. Both figures are agreed in writing after the review and before any work starts, and the setup fee is refunded if the agreed minimum cannot be delivered.

Where are you based, and does that matter?

Multiple Consult operates from Kochi, India and works remotely with businesses and creators in the United States and the United Kingdom. All calls, setup and support happen in your business hours over phone or video. You are told this in the first email, not after.

Can you promise more customers or more revenue?

No. The only numbers that matter are your own: enquiry volume, time to first reply, booked next actions and completed outcomes, measured during the pilot against your starting point.

How did you find my business?

By reading your website and public profiles, one business at a time. Nothing automated, no purchased list. If you would rather not hear from us, reply "no" to the email and you will not be contacted again.
