Roofing

A storm-damage request arrives while the whole crew is on a roof.

Where enquiries come from in your trade: Website quote forms, Angi and HomeAdvisor shared leads, and the phone line that rings while you are on a ladder.

The software experience

From customer request to next job action.

Drawn for roofing: what the customer submits, what the workflow classifies, who acts, the work record, and the follow-up that makes sense for this business.

What this workflow needs from your current tools

Nothing is replaced. These are the connections we confirm in the scope.

Request source

Your website quote form; marketplace leads only where the marketplace allows forwarding.

Responder

Estimator on duty, by territory or availability.

Hand-off

Your calendar or CRM for the inspection and estimate.

Permissions

Homeowner consent for text messages; photo storage rules.

To verify

Whether your lead marketplace exposes leads to an integration.

Pricing

Three levels of personalisation for roofing.

Most businesses start at level one. The review tells you which level fits; the quote puts the setup fee and the monthly fee in writing.

Level 1

Ready workflow

The core enquiry workflow, configured and tested on the channels agreed in your scope for roofing.

  • Alerts for your form and marketplace leads, your branding, your team on their phones.
Level 2

Tailored to your process

The same workflow shaped around how your team actually handles requests.

  • Claim versus repair sorting, routing by estimator and territory, booking into your calendar tool.
Level 3

Bespoke build

A custom application for a business with its own way of working.

  • Homeowner-facing status page, adjuster scheduling, multi-crew dispatch and reporting.
How pricing works. Every engagement has a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly maintenance fee. The setup fee depends on the level of personalisation: a ready workflow costs least, a bespoke build most. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, changes and support. Both figures are agreed in writing after the 15-minute review and before any work starts. If the agreed minimum cannot be delivered, the setup fee is refunded.

How an engagement runs

Review, scope, setup, live.

  1. A 15-minute process review

We map where your enquiries enter, who is alerted, and what happens when the first reply is missed. You receive a one-page comparison of your public enquiry path against local peers, yours to keep whether or not we go further.

  2. A written one-page scope and quote

The level of personalisation, what will be set up, what it will not do, what "working" means for your business, the setup fee and the monthly fee. Agreed in writing before any work starts.

  3. Setup, then a live pilot

Setup is completed and tested with your team over screen share. The workflow runs live for an agreed period while we measure response times against your starting point.

  4. Remote delivery in your hours

Calls, setup and support are scheduled in your business hours, by phone or video. You never have to adapt to ours.

Map my workflow.

Email a sentence about how enquiries reach you today. You will get two time slots in your business hours and, after the call, the one-page comparison and a written quote, whether or not we go further.
