Timber garden steps with new planting, a design-build project

Landscape design and build

Outdoor-living projects start with a consultation request that too often goes quiet.

Where enquiries come from in your trade: Website consultation forms, Houzz, Instagram and Facebook messages, and neighbour referrals.

The software experience

From customer request to next job action.

Drawn for landscape and hardscape: what the customer submits, what the workflow classifies, who acts, the work record, and the follow-up that makes sense for this business.

Design-build

Try it

Run a sample landscape and hardscape enquiry. Watch what your team would see.

This runs in your browser only. Nothing is submitted, stored or sent. Change any value, then run it.

Sample form: Patio and planting

The fields your customer would see.

Your sample will appear here as the owner alert, the reply draft and the work record.

Pricing

Three levels of personalisation for landscape design and build.

Most businesses start at level one. The review tells you which level fits; the quote puts the setup fee and the monthly fee in writing.

Level 1

Ready workflow

The core enquiry workflow, configured and tested on the channels agreed in your scope for landscape design and build.

  • Consultation alerts with budget and scope captured, your branding.
Level 2

Tailored to your process

The same workflow shaped around how your team actually handles requests.

  • Designer routing, site-visit booking, proposal follow-up reminders.
Level 3

Bespoke build

A custom application for a business with its own way of working.

  • Optional maintenance-contract reminders, if offered; crew scheduling hand-off; reporting.
How pricing works. Every engagement has a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly maintenance fee. The setup fee depends on the level of personalisation: a ready workflow costs least, a bespoke build most. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, changes and support. Both figures are agreed in writing after the 15-minute review and before any work starts. If the agreed minimum cannot be delivered, the setup fee is refunded.

How an engagement runs

Review, scope, setup, live.

  1. A 15-minute process review

We map where your enquiries enter, who is alerted, and what happens when the first reply is missed. You receive a one-page comparison of your public enquiry path against local peers, yours to keep whether or not we go further.

  2. A written one-page scope and quote

The level of personalisation, what will be set up, what it will not do, what "working" means for your business, the setup fee and the monthly fee. Agreed in writing before any work starts.

  3. Setup, then a live pilot

Setup is completed and tested with your team over screen share. The workflow runs live for an agreed period while we measure response times against your starting point.

  4. Remote delivery in your hours

Calls, setup and support are scheduled in your business hours, by phone or video. You never have to adapt to ours.
